Staff Accountant

The mission of the Accountant is to prepare a work product that requires minimal revisions and review time. The Accountant is responsible for preparing weekly and month-end accounting, bookkeeping, payroll preparation, and tax work papers. The challenge is being able to prepare, and self-review for quality control.

We provide from 1 to 3-month training program for newly hired team members. 

You will be responsible for preparing and delivering the following for US-based restaurants:

• Perform payroll functions in an      accurate and timely manner with the assistance of an outside payroll firm
• Conduct reconciliation of      accounts on as needed basis
• Maintain and balance the      general ledger in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
• Perform all activities related      to the accounts payable function including reviewing, coding, and      processing payments
• Perform account receivable      functions including invoicing and deposits only
• Prepare financial reports      through the collection, analysis, and summarization of data
• Interpret and apply accounting      policies, rules, and regulations to all work in order to ensure compliance      with applicable standards

Requirements:

• University degree in      Accounting/ Finance or another related field,
• Working experience in      accounting is preferable,
• Experience with accounts      payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger,
• Knowledge of QuickBooks is      preferable,
• Proficient in Microsoft Office,
• Computer literacy,
• Fluency in English - both      written and verbal,
• Fast learner,
• High degree of accuracy and      attention to detail

Salary Range:  200,000 AMD - 250,000 AMD Net a month
